At Face To Face Games, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your gameplay. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
